This article is about how to use the OneWelbeck and Compucare integration to make and receive bookings through OneWelbeck. For information on how to set up the integration, see here.
Note: To make bookings through OneWelbeck, you must have a role assigned to you that gives you permissions for Bookings. For more information on roles, see here.

Requirements
Before you attempt to book a patient with OneWelbeck, you must make sure you have fully set up the integration:
Request the integration be turned on for your practice
Configure a location, clinician, product, and patient with your OneWelbeck credentials
Make sure the patient has all the relevant details added to their Semble record: name, date of birth, address, OneWelbeck identifier
Book a OneWelbeck Appointment
Booking an appointment for a patient linked to OneWelbeck works exactly the same as a normal booking in the Appointments calendar:
1. Click New in the top left-hand corner.
2. Fill in the appointment details as you normally would, making sure to select the location, product, and clinician who is linked to OneWelbeck.
3. Click Save at the bottom of the booking window.
The booking appears in the Appointments calendar.
You can check if the booking was successfully linked to the OneWelbeck in the patient's summary, under the Logs tab:
Patient ID
When you create a new patient in Semble and add a new booking, it will automatically be sent to OneWelbeck and at the same time, OneWelbeck send back with the Patient ID. This will deposit in the patient summary, under ID Numbers:
When a new patient is created in OneWelbeck and a new booking is made in the Compucare system, it will automatically be sent to Semble and at the same time, the OneWelbeck Patient ID will deposit in the patient summary.
