Requirements

To book any type of video consultation, you must first link a product to a practitioner and a location. To learn how to do this, see here.

Before you can turn on group video consultations, you must first request that Semble enable the Video modes feature for your clinic at: support@semble.io

How to enable group video consultations

Before you attempt to enable group video consultations, make sure you have read the requirements on this page.

To enable group video consultations:

1. Go to the Settings page.

2. Scroll down to the Video Consultation section.

3. Select Small Groups from the Video mode drop down.

4. Click Save in the top right-hand corner.

You can disable group video consultations at any time by following the same steps as above, and selecting Peer-to-peer from the Video mode drop down. When Peer-to-peer is selected, video consultations across your clinic are limited to only two participants.
