Requirements
For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome browser, but the following browsers are also supported:

On mobile devices, you can have video consultations on the following browsers:
Safari (iPhone only)
Google Chrome (Android only)
Note: you must give Semble permission to use your camera, microphone, and screen sharing functionality before you can enter a call. Go to your browser settings to enable these permissions. Instructions for Google Chrome can be found here.
Semble will only use your camera, microphone, and screen sharing whilst you are in a call.

How to join a video consultation: Patients
The best way to join your video consultation is through your confirmation email. Just open the email, and click the Start video consultation link:
A new tab opens, and you are put into the call. Note: you may need to give permission for Semble to use your camera, microphone, and screen sharing functionality before you are allowed to enter the call.
If you do not have a confirmation email, then you can ask a medical assistant for the URL. Simply copy and paste the URL into the search bar of your browser, then press Enter on your keyboard.
How to join a video consultation: Clinicians
To join a video consultation as a clinician:
1. Go to the Appointments page in Semble.
2. Click on the video consultation in your calendar.
The consultation window opens on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Scroll down the consultation window, and click the Start button.
A new tab opens, and you are put into the call. Note: You may have to give permission for Semble to use your camera and microphone for the video call:
