Note: To set up Healthcode, you need to have a role assigned to you that gives you editing permissions for Integrations, Users, Products, Contacts, and Patients. For more information on roles, see here.

You must follow all of the steps below before you attempt to submit an invoice to Healthcode within Semble:

3. Link Healthcode to an Insurance Provider

Requirements

Before you attempt to integrate Healthcode with Semble, you must first generate your integration details from Healthcode.

Note: You will need to check with Healthcode whether your current credentials are compatible with Semble.

When you have checked with Healthcode that your current credentials are compatible, you can then register the integration:

1. Go to the Healthcode Registration form, here.

2. Fill out the form, and when it asks you to enter the Practice management system, choose Other, then type Semble in the box where it asks you to specify the system.

3. Complete the Healthcode Registration form.

When you have generated these integration details, you must then check that all the ISC and CCSD codes which you require are available in Semble. To do this:

1. Go to the Products page and create a new product as you normally would.

2. Scroll down to the Healthcode section and use the dropdown menus to view your available ISC and CCSD codes.

If you do not see any codes, or need an ISC created, then contact Healthcode directly: coding@healthcode.co.uk

You will also need to contact each of the insurance companies you work with and ask their contract teams to validate the following:

  • All their CCSD codes

  • The ISCs that they accept

  • The diagnosis codes they accept

You will use these codes when linking a product to a particular insurance provider.
