How to generate the report you need

This page will guide you to generate specific reports with your practice's data, which can be exported for further manipulations and calculations

Income and Finance

Displays all information regarding what your practice is earning

Overview of Reports

I want to see...

Invoices raised for desired time period (day/month/year)

Select the Data tab, then the Reporting tab, under Income and Finance select the Invoices button.

Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. To remove cancelled invoices, click the dropdown under 'Invoice Status' and check "Active". Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.


Clicks: Data > Reporting > Invoices > Filter date > Filter invoice status > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Finally, you can use the downloaded report to calculate the total.

Payments made for desired time period (day/month/year)

Select the Data tab, then the Reporting tab, under Income and Finance select the Payments button.

Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Payments > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Finally, you can use the downloaded report to calculate the total.

Outstanding invoices or debts

On the Data page, select the Reporting tab and, under Income and Finance, click on the Invoices button.

Select 'Custom range' and input your desired time period. Then click the dropdown under 'Paid/Outstanding' and check "Outstanding". Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Finally, download this list by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview, depending on your preference.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Invoices> Filter date > Paid/Outstanding = 'Outstanding' > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX


Appointments and Services

Assist you in exploring the wide range of services provided by your practice.

Overview of Reports

I want to see...

Appointments for desired time period (day/month/year)

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Appointments' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Appointments > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Finally, you can use the downloaded report to calculate the total.

If an appointment was cancelled

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Appointments' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then you can click the 'Status' dropdown and and check "Cancelled". Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Finally, download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Appointments > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Which appointments have not been invoiced

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Non-invoiced products' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. You can then filter to specific types of products by clicking the 'Product type' dropdown and selecting your desired options. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Finally, download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Non-invoiced products > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

A list of all my products

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Appointments and services select the 'Products catalogue' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Finally, download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Appointments and services > Products catalogue > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

A list of all my lab products and prices

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Appointments and services select the 'Products catalogue' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then you can click the 'Product type' dropdown and check "Lab". Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Finally, download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Appointments and services > Products catalogue > Filter date > Filter product type > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Overview of Reports

I want to see...

Total number of patients

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Patients' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. You can choose whether to 'Include deleted records' and apply any other relevant filters. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Then download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Patients > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Finally, use the download report to calculate the total.

All patients with memberships

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Patients' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Then download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Patients > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Finally, if you refer to the membership columns, you can organise and filter by your memberships to identify the patients.

If a patient has been deleted

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Patients' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. You can tick 'Include deleted records' at the bottom of the page and apply any other relevant filters. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Patients > Filter date > Apply filters

You can use the 'Patient deleted' column in the table, which will be "True" if the patient was deleted. Additionally, you can download the report to search in Excel by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Emails for all of my patients

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Patients' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Then download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Patients > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Finally, use the download report to obtain patient emails to paste them into your email client and send the email as you normally would.

All relationships that a patient has on file e.g. GP, insurance, referring clinician

Select the 'Data' tab, then the Reporting tab, under Practice productivity select the 'Patient Relationships' button.


Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Then you can click the 'Relationship type' dropdown and check "Insurer" or "Referring Clinician" depending on your desired output. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.


Then download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.

Clicks: Data > Reporting > Patient Relationships > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

Finally, use the download report to obtain a list of patients with an insurer or referring clinician.

Note: the patient has to have had the contact or GP added as a relationship on their file for it show on the report


Clinical Data

Designed to perform clinical audits and extract key data about your patient population.

Overview of Reports

I want to see...

Lab tests ordered during a desire time period (day/month/year)

Select the Data tab, then the Reporting tab, under Clinical data select the Labs button.

Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period. Click the dropdown under ‘Status' and check “Sent”. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Finally, download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.


Clicks: Data > Reporting > Labs > Filter date > Filter status > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

What patients received a certain drug

Select the Data tab, then the Reporting tab, under Clinical data select the Prescribed drugs button.

Click the dropdown under ‘Medication name' and start typing the name of the drug in the search bar (case sensitive). Check the box of the drug. Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Finally, download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.


Clicks: Data > Reporting > Prescribed drugs > Filter medication name > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX

What drugs a clinician has prescribed

Select the Data tab, then the Reporting tab, under Clinical data select the Prescribed drugs button.

Click the dropdown under ‘Prescribing clinician' and select the name of the clinician. You may also type the name of the clinician in the search bar (case sensitive). Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.

Finally, download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.


Clicks: Data > Reporting > Prescribed drugs > Filter prescribing name > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX
