Providing Relevant Information
To help us assist you more efficiently, please include any relevant information in your email. This may include:
Customer service information: Provide us with the customer service information related to your account that you can find in your "Account security" tab:
Patient ID: If your query relates to a specific patient, including their Patient ID can help us locate the necessary information quickly.
Links: Provide any links to specific pages or sections within your Semble account where you’re encountering issues.
Screenshots: Screenshots are often very helpful in understanding the problem you’re facing. However, please make sure to hide any sensitive patient data or use fake data in the screenshots before sharing them with us.
If you need to show us any calendar data, please ensure that patient names are retracted to protect their privacy. You can do this by following the steps in this guide.
Recording Your Screen
Sometimes, recording a video of the issue can provide us with the most accurate information. However, please make sure to hide any sensitive patient data in the recordings or use fake data before sharing them with us.
Here’s how you can record your screen on both Microsoft and MacBook devices:
On Microsoft:
Press Windows + G to open the Game Bar.
Click on the Capture option.
Choose Record to start recording your screen.
Once done, press Stop to end the recording.
The video will be saved automatically in your Videos > Captures folder.
On MacBook:
Press Shift + Command + 5 to open the screen recording tools.
Select Record Entire Screen or Record Selected Portion.
Click on the Record button to start recording.
When you're finished, click the Stop Recording button in the menu bar.
The video will be saved automatically on your desktop.

With Apple Macintosh (Mac)
Before you attempt to share content on your Mac, you'll need to grant permission to Teams to record your computer's screen before you can share.
You'll be prompted to grant permission the first time you try to share your screen. Select Open System Preferences from the prompt. If you miss the prompt, you can do this anytime by going to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
Under Screen Recording, make sure Microsoft Teams is selected.
1/Teams App
If you are joining video call from Teams App and you want to share your screen in a meeting , select 'Share' content Share screen button in your meeting controls. Then, choose to present your entire screen, a window, a PowerPoint file, or a whiteboard.
2/ Google Chrome Browser
If you are joining video call with Google Chrome browser and you want to share your screen in a meeting , select 'Share' content Share screen button in your meeting controls. Then, choose to present your entire screen, a window, a PowerPoint file, or a whiteboard.
With a PC
1/ Teams App:
If you are joining video call from Teams App and you want to share your screen in a meeting , select 'Share' content Share screen button in your meeting controls. Then, choose to present your entire screen, a window, a PowerPoint file, or a whiteboard.
2/ Google Chrome Browser
If you are joining a video call from Google Chrome Browser and you want to share your screen in a meeting , hover your cursor bottom half of your screen.
Then you will see a banner, please select the icon with an arrow in a square box.
Kindly click on the box as below: 'Open Share Tray'
Now, choose what you want to share:
Finally, please click 'Share' button as below:
