If you're experiencing problems with appointments in Semble, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try! These steps are designed to help resolve common issues quickly and minimise any disruptions to your practice.


Why are my appointment types not showing when I try to book an appointment?

Kindly check if the appointments you are offering are linked to the correct users and locations.

All appointment types must be linked with at least one practitioner and a location for them to appear as a booking option. For more information, see here.


Why can't I see my bookings?

If you cannot see a particular booking, try :

Changing your calendar view with the buttons at the top of the Appointments calendar:

Checking in your user's settings that you have access to all patients. If you are not sure please contact your practice manager.


Why are your appointments looking squashed in your calendar?

It may be the case that although your appointments are one hour long, they may appear as though they are perhaps 15 minute slots, looking very crammed together and have text missing as below:

Click "Settings" and then "Users", select your user account, and scroll down until you see "Calendar Settings" and edit your "Slot duration (minutes)" field:

The fewer minutes allocated the larger the view of the appointment in your calendar. This has been changed this to 15 minutes and now looks larger:
