How to add your practice logo to Semble

You can brand Semble with a practice logo that will show up automatically on patient invoices, prescriptions, and any emails sent through Semble. This logo can also be inserted into letters, letter templates, and questionnaires.

Note: To upload your practice logo, you must have a role assigned to you that gives you editing permissions for General settings. For more information on roles, see here.

Requirements

Before you attempt to upload your logo, make sure that the image is:

  • In PNG format

  • Under 100KB in file size

  • Under 500 pixels wide

  • Has a transparent background


Upload your Practice Logo

When you have checked the requirements, you can upload a practice logo at any time from the Settings page.

1. Go to the General tab.

2. Scroll down to the Logo section.

3. Click Select file.

4. Select the image you want from your device's file explorer, then click Open.

The image is uploaded to Semble and is now your practice logo. You can change this image at any time by going back to General settings and following the same steps as above.


Can I remove my practice logo?

You can change your practice logo at any time by following the steps above, however you can not stop having a practice logo on the system when you have uploaded one.

If you do not want a practice logo to show up on invoices, prescriptions, and emails, then we recommend uploading a blank and transparent image instead. This achieves the same effect as having no practice logo.
