PLEASE NOTE: THE 2023 PRICE LIST FOR THE DOCTORS LABORATORY (TDL) AND NATIONWIDE PATHOLOGY HAVE BEEN ADDED TO SEMBLE AND ARE READY FOR YOUR CLINIC TO UPLOAD IF YOU HAVE AN INTEGRATION WITH EITHER OR BOTH LABORATORIES.
You can upload product lists from partner labs to Semble, with your choice of price markup. Please note that these are the standard product catalogues offered by these labs and any unique/custom prices for lab profiles that you may have special arrangements in place for with the labs have to be added manually.
Note: To upload lab product lists, you must have a role assigned to you that gives you editing permissions for Lab settings. For more information on roles, see here.
Upload a Lab List
You can upload the published price list of external laboratories to your Semble database, with your choice of markup, from the Settings page.
Note: This will override any previous prices that you set for products already in your Semble system. This will not duplicate products. This will not change any other fields within the product apart from the price of products offered in the standard catalogue. This will not affect any custom lab profiles (products not on the standard catalogue).
1. Go to the Lab and pharmacy settings tab.
2. Scroll down to the Upload labs list section.
3. Choose the details of the lab list that you want to upload:
Provider: The external lab whose list you want to upload (The below example uses TDL).
Markup: How much you want your practice to charge for the lab products. Note: This number must be a number that is 100 or over. E.g. If you want to add 5% on top of the charge that TDL charge then kindly change 100 to 105.
4. Click Upload list.
Semble uploads the list to your clinic's database. The lab tests will appear as individual products in the Products page. This will start immediately but can take up to an hour to complete.
