With Semble, you can compile all of your patients' emails from the Reporting page.
Note: To use the Reporting page, you must have a role assigned to you that gives you permissions for Data. For more information on roles, see here.
Email All Your Patients
To email all your patients, you must compile a list of all their email addresses from the Reporting page:
Select the 'Data' tab
Then the Reporting tab
Under Practice productivity select the 'Patients' button.
Click 'Custom range' and input your chosen time period.
Then click 'Apply filters' in the bottom left corner of the page.
Then download the report by selecting either 'CSV' or 'XLSX' on the top right of the data report preview.
You will then obtain patient emails to paste them into your email client and send the email as you normally would.
Clicks: Data > Reporting > Patients > Filter date > Apply filters > CSV or XLSX
